The location of the hotel is excellent. Easy access to museums and short walking distance to the city centre. Breakfast was also very good, with the good selection of food and good coffee. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

I stayed for 2 nights at the NH Collection Paseo del Prado, in a Junior Suite (37 sm) with Prado View. The room was specious with a comfortable bed. I really liked the NH collection “green tea” toiletries in my bathroom, the set is delicately pleasant (not strongly perfumed). The bathroom was large enough to have a Jacuzzi in it, it would have been a good idea to have bidet spray for clean lifestyle. My Suite had a fabulous view over Neptune Fountain. I totally agree with other guests, that location was fabulous. The only concern I have is, cleaning dust is necessary; SEE dusty phone screen (see photo) & light switches. Staff were great from the bell boy to receptionists to guest relations, staff were friendly and helpful. SEE photos

Very friendly staffs but 2 persons capture my attention. The receptionist (a female, she's very thorough but respectful and thoughtful about personal matters, I forgot to asked her name, but she is tall and has dark long hair) and 1 more staff, Ms.Varade.L. She help me with great recommendations for places. Love it very much the hospitality.

NH Collection Madrid Paseo del Prado is ideally situated and all the must see venues are easily accessible from the location. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and overall, the hotel is pleasant. The hotel is a little bit run down and old fashioned but the level of service from everyone (reception, housekeeping, concierge and even maintenance crew) made up for these shortcomings during our stay. However I’m not sure I would stay here again unless rooms are upgraded and beds improved. A proper bed is a basic expectation.

Excellent location! only a few minutes walking to three major museums. Room and the bathroom are very well designed and very clean. The temperature control in the room is amazing! It doesn’t blow strong winds, just gently adjusting to the right temperature

The location is perfect. The room is spacy. The bathroom is big and the water pressure is good.

The location was great for walking to many museums and parks. The staff was thoughtful and very pleasant. I requested a view of Prado Street and they were able to accommodate me. It was a fantastic view! I miss living in a big city and enjoyed watching traffic circle right outside our window. The beautiful fountain in the circle was lit up at night.

This property was excellent ! Great suite facing the beautiful square fountain. Well trained staff which set an excellent mood in the hotel. Always available to help. A very nice breakfast !

Excellent room, good breakfast. Moderately professional and helpful staff. Brilliant location, close to both Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museums. For what it is worth I prefer the latter as it is not quite so overwhelming but still has a lot to show.
