Great location very easy and close access to all Madrids best places. We didn't like our first room but staff provided us with quite affordable upgrade to a junior suite.

The location is amazing and we had amazing views of the city. The included breakfast is one of the best spreads we've ever had. The food was amazing and so many choices. The staff at breakfast really go out of their way to make your special requests and they make an amazing cappucino.

Very friendly and attentive staff. We never had to wait for check-in or check-out and they always greeted us with a big smile. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fantastic, a lot of options. On the last day we had to leave early and they even have a mini version of the breakfast buffet to cover you.

The location was great and the rooms more than adequate for what we needed. The main purpose of our trip was to visit the Prado, and the location of this hotel was perfect for it.

Good location. Easy to walk to any major tourist places. Room is large, and very clean. Shower is wonderful. The hotel staffs are very courteous and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. We forgot to take the “do not disturb” sign when we left in the morning. We took it off, left again for dinner. Didn’t think we would get a clean room when we returned but we did! The cleaning staffs must have stayed late to clean our room. Thank you! very much appreciated their efforts.

Room a bit small but spotlessly clean, well-equipped and everything works. Great location. Very reasonable prices. Polite, professional & well-informed staff (Laura at Customer Service desk, in particular). Generally a pleasure.

This hotel is in a great location near the Prado museum and facing the Neptune fountain. Our room had a spectacular view of the fountain and surrounding neighborhood. The room is large and very comfortable. Free bottled water was provided and replaced as necessary.

-Amazing location, a 15-20-min walk from every major street in Madrid -Nice interior design -The people working there are kind, polite, and professional. I recently started learning Spanish, and the hotel staff helped me with the correct pronunciation of some words and readily answered questions related to the Spanish language! Special thanks to the staff of the Suite & Tea Zone for explaining to me the meaning of "por la patilla" -My room (can't say if all rooms are like that) was comfortable. -Fast internet -Nice and aromatic tea varieties served in the Suite & Tea area

Beautiful hotel in a lovely area of Madrid. The staff were fantastic on arrival and offered us a glass of cava on arrival. The rooms were nice and big and great value for money. A great little bonus, if you forgo your room being cleaned you get a free drink! On the last day we stayed late and they were great about the later check-out.

Excellent location, very attentive bell captain (the young man brought us a glass of Cava while I checked in, took our bags to our room and provided an overview of our room features... I haven't had this kind of attention in many years, certainly not for a room booked via a "discount" site, and during high tourist season). This was the afternoon of August 13, 2022; I did not catch his name but whoever he was (on that day and time), he made the stay, short as it was. Excellence!
